BidSignal is operated for Australian businesses watching public tenders. This page explains what we store and why.

Who we are
BidSignal is operated by {{OPERATOR_ENTITY}} (ABN {{ABN}}). Privacy requests: {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}.
What we store
- Account email, optional name, and a hashed password (or magic-link / reset token hashes).
- Business profile: keywords, states, optional company name and preferences.
- Saved searches, match scores we compute, and digest preferences.
- Waitlist email if you join before payments are live.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. After you delete your account we remove profile, matches, saved searches and session data promptly. Aggregated operational logs (without your password) may be retained briefly for security and reliability.
Analytics
We do not load third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels. Cloudflare may process standard request logs to run the site.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t scrape private portals you didn’t opt into. Tender text comes from public sources and we link to the official notice.
Emails
Digests only go out if you leave them on. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link. You can also change frequency or delete your account in Settings.
Contact / deletion / complaints
Use Settings → Delete account to remove your account and profile. For access, correction or other privacy requests (including complaints under the Australian Privacy Principles), email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
